I have visited many of the properties held by the National Trust. A few weeks ago I visited Iona and Staffa. Together, they would be my heirloom. Iona is very important to the cultural life of both Scotland and England. As the starting point for re-Christianization of the north, it is a significant historic site. Staffa 's unspoiled beauty is like nothing I've ever seen. The vegetation, animal life and geological formations are great teaching tools for all generations.
