My choice would be Inverewe - the entire garden. To show that foresight and amazing planning, perseverance and sheer hard work in the 19th century (by my great-aunt's father) was able to create a gem of a garden in the north-west of Scotland. A wonderful example of making the impossible possible.

Threave Garden would be my heirloom. A place of beauty, peace and tranquillity, providing a haven of quiet from the noisy world and refreshment for the soul, truly a place for all future generations.
