Dear Family and Friends, As a way remembering those that fought at Waterloo in June 1815 including $personFirstName$, our school has created a page within the $bookTitle$. Here is our PowerPoint on our 10 chosen artefacts of the battle of Waterloo that are linked with our soldier; Private John Hepworth, by 7Y1 of Carlton Community College in Barnsley. As a class we struggled to find much information on Private John Hepworth from Dewsbury. We worked in class and many pupils stayed behind after school to research but we had no success. We contacted the Lancashire War Museum who also did some research for us and they discovered that all records of this soldeier had been destroyed in a fire. All we know is that he definitely fought in the battle of Waterloo.
